Form an LLC in any US state

Full engagement walkthrough of the @llc_formation handle.

Step 1 · Engagement

Client invokes @llc_formation on @biznode_bot — submits proposed LLC name, state, member list with ownership %, and business type. 20 DZIT billed on confirmation.

Step 2 · Name availability

Run availability check against the Secretary of State database for the chosen state. If the name is taken, the bot pings the client with three suggested alternatives and pauses until they pick one.

Step 3 · Articles & operating agreement

Prepare articles of organization from your state template, draft an operating agreement matching the ownership split, and run both past the client for approval via /attach on the same submission.

Step 4 · File with the state

Submit to the Secretary of State, pay the state filing fee, monitor for certificate of formation. Once issued, upload the certificate to the submission.

Step 5 · Deliver package

Deliver the complete formation package (certificate + articles + operating agreement + EIN instructions) via /deliver. Optionally chain into @contract_review for the founder agreements.
