Pull your NDA template for the chosen jurisdiction, insert parties / purpose / duration, review carve-outs (residual knowledge, compelled disclosure), finalise.

Step 4 · QC

Confirm the NDA matches the requested type (mutual vs one-way), check party definitions match the entity forms supplied, sign off.

Step 5 · Deliver

Push the signed-ready .docx to the client via /deliver. Optionally chain into @esign_send for electronic execution.
